- For the chili oil, combine cannabis-infused olive oil, garlic, and chili flakes in a small bowl; stir well.
- Heat chili oil mixture, the other garlic clove, jalapeños, and onion in a saucepan over medium-high heat until the onions are translucent, around 2-3 minutes.
- Add flour and bouillon; cook for 2-3 minutes.
