CBD for Sleep is Made Even Better with Melatonin and Nutracanna

Something happened to my sleep cycle after I turned 30, and it wasn’t good. I had gone through my whole life enjoying deep, complete, and rejuvenating nights of sleep, but something shifted. I also discovered that CBD improved the symptoms of REM disorder in patients who have Parkinson’s Disease. Less restlessness during the night means better overall sleep for these participants. While I don’t suffer from these health issues myself, the information was helpful for understanding what CBD could do to improve my own unsuccessful REM sleep cycles.
What Are the Risks for Using CBD?
I wanted to do my due diligence on the risks of CBD before I bought it. Common pharmaceutical pills cause drowsiness, dependence, and other adverse side effects – all of which I wanted to avoid. In my research, it became quite obvious that CBD is much different.

The Drug Enforcement Agency recently announced the reclassification of CBD from a Schedule I drug (no medical application and highly addictive) to a Schedule 5 drug (proven medical application and low risk of abuse). Numerous market studies on the subject also confirm this.
CBD for sleep is safe
In one of the most recent reviews of the literature, CBD was once again proven safe to use, even in high doses. According to researchers, “The often described favorable safety profile of CBD in humans was confirmed and extended by the reviewed research.” Any adverse effects are minor, and of low risk, when compared to similar drugs.
